As most of you know, we have been catering most of the lunches at the Grand Am races.  3 Rivers will be a bit different; it is a street course and I understand that the course will not be accessible to caterers.  So I had made the decision to buy tickets at the hospitality tent for the crew.  Well, I just found out that there will be no hospitality tent at 3 Rivers this year. Darn!!  So Brian, from Georgian Bay, and your favorite hospitality girls from TCC will be doing the BBQ deal. 

If anyone can think of some side dishes that are easy to make and will not go bad too quickly in the heat, please let us know.   If anyone suggests potato chips, I'll hit them.
